Join our instructor for 25-minutes of Pilates, a mat workout based on techniques developed to improve core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk. Low impact class with modifications available for all skill levels.

Class starts promptly 5 minutes after the hour (11:05 EST) log on early to register and review safety guidelines.
