Join our instructor for 40-minute Total Body Conditioning, a class designed to help you tone and condition your muscles using a variety of equipment including, free weights, bands, body bars, and your body weight. This class offers variety to any strength training regimen. All fitness levels are welcome! Modifications available for all skill levels.
