Tuesday | 7 Minute Workout
Join Chris Jordan, creator of the 7 Minute Workout, and co-creator of The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout® app for a 25-minute workout. Chris will use a variety of exercises for all fitness levels and multiple cycles to provide a different 7 Minute Workout experience each session. Optional equipment: sturdy stool that can safely support your bodyweight without tipping over.
Class starts promptly 5 minutes after the hour (8:05 EST), log on early to register and review safety guidelines.
