Join our instructor for 25-minutes of Kickboxing, A total body workout that targets core strength and balance for all ages and abilities. Designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, coordination and agility! Modifications available for all skill levels.

Class starts promptly 5 minutes after the quarter hour (5:20 EST) log on early to register and review safety guidelines.
